TERMS & CONDITIONS 

$2,000 JANUARY BOOKING COMPETITION

 

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is run by Osso Miranda(“the Promoter”).

  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion is valid for all bookings made and dined from 1 January to 31 January 2025 (inclusive).

  3. Eligibility to Enter

    • Entry is open to all customers who make a valid booking and dine at Osso during the Promotion Period.

    • Customers must dine in-store; takeaway and delivery orders do not qualify.

    • Staff, management, and immediate family members of Osso are not eligible to enter.

  4. How to Enter

    • Customers will receive one (1) entry for every two (2) people booked and dining in the same reservation.

      • Example: 2 guests = 1 entry, 4 guests = 2 entries, 6 guests = 3 entries, etc.

    • Only one entry allocation applies per booking; split bills or separate reservations will not generate additional entries.

    • Cancellations or no-shows will void any entries for that booking.

  5. Prize

    • The total prize is $2,000 AUD, awarded as cash or direct bank transfer to the confirmed winner.

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other product or service.

  6. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days after the Promotion Period.

    • The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided at the time of booking.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

  7. Verification
    The Promoter may request proof of identity or proof of dining (e.g., booking confirmation or receipt) before confirming the winner.

  8. General Conditions

    • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if circumstances require.

    • The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity, including name and photo use, unless they decline participation.

  9. Privacy
    Customer details collected for the purpose of this competition will be handled in accordance with Osso’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required for the administration of this promotion.

  10. Governing Law
    This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
